Description
Brewer's Bay House is nestled on the hillside and offers breathtaking views of one of the most stunning bay in the British Virgin Islands. It is set amongst tropical gardens lush with hibiscus, aloe, passion fruit, coconut palms, banana and papaya trees and other exotic flowers and fruits.
Entrance is into the spacious open plan living room and dining area furnished with an eclectic combination of furnishings and original artwork. Brightly lit windows and French doors abound. The nicely equipped kitchen opens to the outdoor with a pass through window and bar.
The home features two bedrooms and two baths but can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with it's additional sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is spacious and offers a canopied queen bed, en-suite bath and French doors leading to the wrap around verandah. The second bedroom offers either two twins (or king if they are "kissed" together) beds and opens to the verandah as well and offers a bath just across the hallway.
The verandah is expansive and breezy and offers outdoor seating for alfresco dining and entertaining. The pool area is comfortably furnished complete with BBQ.
Brewers Bay House is a cozy, casual cottage and represents a great value.
